Peppermint Patties

Ok, so I usually save the best for my private challenge group clients but this one is so good I have to share! I have already made 2 batches this week!!

Melt 10 TBS of coconut oil with 1 TBS of sweetener of choice (be sure it dissolves well) plus 1 TSP of peppermint extract

Pour half of the mixture in a candy mold. I prefer silicone as it pops out easily then freeze for 10 min.

Add 2 TBS of cocoa powder to the remaining coconut mixture and pour on top of the frozen candies.

Let set for about 1 hour and enjoy!!

Ps I am peppermint patty obsessed- like to an unhealthy stage…. lol… this has been my saving grace!! No loaded fake ingredients and still the refreshing taste! #winnerwinnerchickendinner
